What is an Existing Conditions Analysis?
This report communicates current conditions and findings based on analysis of data and research about the Village. It acts as a baseline of facts, informing the goals, strategies, and recommendations of the Comprehensive Plan.
The Existing Conditions Report for Gilberts was shared with the Steering Committee at their second meeting on October 3, 2022. The analysis includes findings from the community survey and other engagement pop-ups, population trends, market conditions, community character, land use, transportation and more.
